WRITER AND EDITOR
Shani Saxon has been committed to celebrating and uplifting content creators of color throughout most of her decades-long career in journalism and entertainment. She has extensive experience in the television and film space, and also works as a freelance news writer. Saxon is a producer on Amazon’s original comedy series Harlem, and worked as consulting producer on Netflix’s music reality show Voices of Fire. She currently lives in Montclair, NJ with her three children and their boss, a rescue dog named Stormy.
